Whitney brings a rich background in movement and a deep passion for education to BTC. Her journey through fitness led her to discover Pilates as a powerful tool for promoting alignment, cognitive engagement, and a meaningful mind-body connection. She’s especially drawn to how Pilates bridges the gap between fitness and wellness, and she finds joy in sharing its transformative benefits with others through thoughtful, client-centered practice. In addition to teaching, she serves as a Client Care and Operations Coordinator, ensuring that studio experiences run smoothly-from scheduling and communication to behind-the-scenes logistics. Her attention to detail and commitment to individualized support help create a welcoming, well-organized environment where both clients and staff can thrive.
Lexi is deeply passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities move with strength, confidence, and joy. Her own journey with Pilates began after a complete ACL tear where she experienced firsthand how movement can be a powerful tool for healing and transformation. That experience lit a spark in her to support others on their own paths to recovery, strength, and self-connection. Trained through Balanced Body, Lexi blends technical skills with genuine care and enthusiasm in every session. With a background as both an athlete and musical theater performer, she loves working with fellow movers — whether on the field, on stage or just navigating everyday life. No matter where you are starting from, Lexi creates a warm, encouraging space where you can feel strong and empowered through movement.
